Cindy Redfield

October 19, 1962 — August 26, 2025

Cindy Lou Redfield, 62, of Utica, Nebraska, passed away on August 26, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Born on October 19, 1962, in Salina, Kansas, Cindy lived a life marked by warmth, curiosity, and a deep love for discovering the beauty in the world around her.

Cindy was a devoted mother to Ashley (Jon) Bredvick, Andrew Redfield, and Aaron Redfield, who will always cherish the guidance, laughter, and strength she brought to their lives. Her partner, Dennis Cradick, stood by her side, sharing many treasured moments together. Cindy also leaves behind her beloved father, Arthur Harris; her sisters, Linda (Doug) Pennock and Kim (Michael) Holley; and her brother, Bryan Harris along with five grandchildren; Kaleigh, Konner, Ashtynn, Blake and Beckham. As well as Abby Redfield and many other family friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jeanette Harris.

Known for her bright spirit and boundless curiosity, Cindy found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She was an avid gardener, tending to her blooms with a gentle touch, and a dedicated birdwatcher who found peace in observing the local wildlife. Cindy's love for travel took her to new places, always seeking adventure and collecting memories wherever she went. When at home, she could often be found lost in the pages of a romance novel, savoring the promise of hope and happiness in every story.

Cindy was not only a devoted family member but also a supportive friend, quick to offer guidance or share in life's simple pleasures. Her easy laughter and kind heart will be dearly missed but always remembered.

A Celebration of Life will be held on September 20th, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., at the Utica Community Center. All are welcome to come share memories and honor Cindy's vibrant life. In place of flowers, you may direct any memorials to the family.
