Cody Couts

Cody James Couts of Omaha, Nebraska passed away on December 10, 2025, at Nebraska Medical when he was 51 years old. He was born on April 1, 1974, in Mount Ayr, Iowa, to George Couts and Lenora “Lesa” Perry. He is survived by his mother,

Lenora Nuri (nee Perry) of Phoenix, AZ, one brother and two sisters. He is preceded in death by his brother, Caleb Couts and father, George Couts.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Cody in early June 2026. Time, date and location to be announced.
