Connie Louise McGhee was born to Dorothy Louise Toney and the late Eddie Lee Toney Jr on June 1, 1967, in Omaha, Ne. She departed this life on August 11, 2026, at home in Omaha, Ne.

Connie was preceded in death by her husband Gaston LaRoy McGhee, son Corwin Dupree Toney and Father Eddie Lee Toney Jr.

Connie was loved by her family, friends and coworkers, who will never forget her quick wit and unforgettable sense of humor. She leaves to cherish her memories her son Johnnie Cymone Toney of Minneapolis Minnesota; Carl Tiller of Omaha, Ne; Mother Dorothy Louise Toney, Omaha, Ne; Siblings, Eddie (Judy) Toney, Omaha, Ne and Tracey (David) Toney, Omaha, Ne; Seven Grandchildren, 2 Great-Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026 at Legends, 6910 N 102nd Cir, Omaha, NE 68122 from 5:30 - 10:00 PM.
