On June 8, 2026, we said goodbye to Corey Michael Nave, but the stories, laughter, and love he shared will remain with us forever.

Born on June 25, 1996, Corey lived life on his own terms, bringing humor, adventure, and unforgettable memories to everyone fortunate enough to know him. He had a gift for making people laugh, a heart that welcomed everyone, and a spirit that could brighten even the darkest days.

Corey was a devoted father, son, brother, uncle, fiancé, and friend. Nothing brought him more pride than his family. He cherished the time spent with those he loved and created countless memories that will be treasured forever.

He is survived by his loving fiancé, Shelby; his son, Mylo; his parents, Fina and Bob; his brother, Matthew, and sister-in-law, Jamie, along with their sons, Kayce and Everett; Best Friend, Joshua Tanner; his sister-in-law, Ashley, and her children, Ariyah and Amaree; his brother-in-law, Isaiah, and wife, Bri, along with their son, Luke; his mother-in-law, Lari; his father-in-law, Kenny; and many other family members and friends who loved him dearly.

Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we take comfort in knowing that Corey lived a life filled with love, laughter, and meaningful connections. His memory will continue to live on in the stories we share, the lessons he taught us, and the love he leaves behind.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Funeral services will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.

A celebration of Corey’s life will be held on June 27, 2026 at 543 N 20th Ave, Blair, NE 68008 at 3pm.
