James B. Nichols, age 59. The son of Mary Nichols and the late Bernard Nichols of Council Bluffs, passed away October 8, 2024 peacefully at home surrounded by family after battling Cancer. Survived by 3 sisters Laurie Apgar, Linda Jensen, and Janelle Allen.
