Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond C. Shoemake, Sr. and Donna Rae Gardner.
He is survived by his siblings, Elizabeth (Rodney) Peterson, Kathryn Sinclair(Jim), Raymond C. Shoemake, Jr., Raeleen Shoemake (Pete), and Jean Ann Gardner; nieces and nephews Jason, April, Justin, Shane, Ariel, Ryan, Sarah, Darrell, Jolene, and Kathryn; numerous great-nieces and nephews; and other family.
