John Welker

John Conrad Welker passed away July 17, 2025 in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 80 years. He was born May 9, 1945 in St. Louis, Missouri.

John is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Lenona Welker; brother Bill Welker; sisters Mary Lou Mertz and Martha Lee Hughes; great-grandson Arlo Lee; and his infant son.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Beverly Welker; children Jason (Carissa) Byers, Lynnette Boyd, Laurie Byers, Justin (Rachel) Byers, Jeremy (Nicole Boggs) Byers, Joshua Byers, Suzy Lewis, and Branden Adams; 16 grandchildren; one great-grandson; brother David Welker; special niece Erica Bowers; and other nieces, nephews, and family.
