It is with great sadness that the family of Joy Holtmeier announce her passing on Monday, February 24, 2025 surrounded by family. She was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming and died in Omaha, NE. Joy raised three boys and loved spending time with and bragging about her grandkids.
Preceded in death by parents Ann and Fred Hicken, husband Sid Holtmeier and brothers Jack, Jerry and Jim. Survived by sister Janice Baasch, sons Sid Alan (Tammy), Christopher (Melissa), Michael and five grandchildren.
A private celebration of life will be held in the spring.
