Lovie White

LOVIE LEE WHITE, age 93, was a strong, compassionate, generous, witty, poised, confident, brave, intelligent, and inquisitive role model who fulfilled various roles with love and dedication. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend. Surrounded with love, she peacefully departed this life on April 10, 2024, at Richmont Terrace Assisted Living, Bellevue, Nebraska.

Lovie was a longtime devoted member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Cedar Manor while in New York, where she helped to establish a Clothing Bank Outreach Ministry. After retiring, they moved to Bear, Delaware, and joined Bethel AME Church, and subsequently settled in Bellevue, Nebraska, where they joined Salem Baptist Church.
