Hinton, Mary Theresa Age 80 Mary Theresa Hinton went to Heaven on June 9, 2016. She was born in Cedar Rapids, NE on September 7, 1935 to the late Joseph and Eleanor (Schmitz) Miller.
She was an amazing woman who was loved by all. Her faith was deep and strong. It's what carried her through all of life's challenges, starting every morning with the rosary and other special prayers and Bible verses. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, reading, daily crossword puzzles, family games and wine time but most of all she enjoyed her family to whom she was deeply devoted. She was their rock; the one that taught them how to love passionately and unconditionally, the one that everyone gravitated to. We will miss her beautiful face, her infectious laughter, her loving heart and her caring ways.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her sister, Mickey Rowden; brothers, Bob Miller, Ves Miller, Jim Miller, and Butch (Peggy) Miller.
She is survived by her husband, Neil; daughters, Terry (Rick) VanCleave and Cheri (Ron) Gaylor; granddaughter, Lauren (Sean) Keenan; sisters, Joan (Mike) Lemmers and Madalin Zwiener; brother, Fritz (Jo) Miller; and a host of other family and friends.
A MEMORIAL SERVICE to celebrate her life will be held on July 29, 2016.
