Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Carol Packard; brother Skip Packard; and son Robert Giles.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Pia Packard; daughter Jennifer Packard; grandchildren Cody Livingston and Owen Giles; brothers Pat (Debby) Packard, Kevin (Darlene) Packard, Brian Packard, John (Paula) Packard; and sister in law Gail Packard; nieces, nephews, and other family.
