Richard A. Inlay, Sr. passed away after a long battle with Aplastic Anemia on October 10, 2023 in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 77. His wife and children were at his side. He was born August 11, 1946 in Sioux City, Iowa and graduated from Central High School in Sioux City.
Richard retired from Port Neal/Mid American Energy. Richard was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on April 29, 1961 and was in the full time ministry, and very active in local design construction and disaster relief projects.
Richard had a great love for teaching others about the Jehovah God's promises for the future. Richard and Martine's love for people lead them to foster many children and adopt five. Richard will always be remembered as being a loving husband, father, brother, friend, and elder.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents Emmett and Betty Inlay and brother Gary.
Survivors include his loving wife of 28 years, Martine Inlay; children Cherie (Felix) Arenas, Rick (Tiffany) Inlay, Jr., Jonathan Callender, Shanna Inlay, Yvonna Inlay, Angelea (Jeremiah) Barnes, Elisabeth Inlay, Joshua (Marijka) Inlay also ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild, his sisters; Marlene (Don) Waldman, and Roberta (Jim) Holloway, sister-in-law Aneta Inlay, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
