Tammy Sue Liljedahl

Tammy Sue Liljedahl passed away June 17, 2026 in Council Bluffs, Iowa at the age of 63 years. She was born September 2, 1962 in Omaha, Nebraska. 

Tammy grew up in Essex, Iowa where she graduated with a small class who she always talked about. 

Tammy is preceded in death by her grandparents, Laurence and Delta Liljedahl; father Forrest Ueding; and brother Timothy Ueding.

She is survived by her children Zachary (Brandi) Helms and Lindsey (Brandon) McCorkle; grandchildren Sydney, Keegan, Layla, and Bristol; and other family and friends.

She was an animal lover and was involved in rescuing. Tammy loved hard, had a huge heart, and would always help anyone in need. To know her is to love her. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
